The Lord is so good to me.
His gospel, when understood, makes me want to do better, to learn more, to improve my talents, to actually use my talents. The Lord inspires my heart, leads me to those of whom I need to learn from, he softly touches the days, sprinkling them with miracles and happy memories.
That doesn't mean life isn't difficult for me.
Many people have been called on to go through soul-wrenching events. Others live life in trembling, in anguish, in regret, in heartache, in betrayal or misunderstanding.
But, the Lord is so full of love. He knows us completely. And has atoned for us. With His grace, we can have power to overcome all hardships. It is through his grace that we can improve and hope for a better future. Its through His grace that we will be resurrected and can forgive and be forgiven. It is through His grace, the power of God made possible by the atonement, that happiness can be constant, and trust can be real. It is because of His grace that families can be sealed for time and all eternity.
Oh how I am grateful for that.
