This week we found a venomous spider the size of my hand... in our house. Sister Moura knew all the lovely details about him and the paralyzing affect he will have on the human nervous system if he bites you. Basically.... Sister Staples and I let her do the honor of ... removing the precious creature from our residence.

We have been rained on every day this week (pouring rain). All of our umbrellas have broken- we keep buying new ones and they break too. Sister Staples and I have gotten over our throat attack (days without having the ability to speak... not fun when you have a calling to teach people aha).

We ran into a man who has been looking for an answer from God. For the past year he has been struggling to feel God. He is super, super intellectual, knows the Bible inside and out- and we went to teach him about the restoration.
Taught Him- felt the spirit powerfully testifying of the truth, using the Bible to prove, and testify, and then he brought out his guitar and blew us away. he plays and sings christian rock... like no one I've ever met.
Totally recording him next time.
He came to church and.... Felt at home.
Miracle man.

Also- Brazil has finally and officially hit summer. Its burning all day every day. I like it because It makes me feel powerful.
Sister Perrotti has commanded us to drink 6 liters of water each day.............
workin' on that one

p.s. I learned a lot about me this week.
Trying to trust and do the Lord´s will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And doing it with a spring in my step and a smile on my face.

I love you all and dearly, profoundly hope you are all well and happy :)
No pics this week- NEXT WEEK=double
