Facing Fear

I felt them, the worries. build. swell. grow.
The dam trembling, beams splintering
The worry was a fire, thrusting me forward, challenging me on.

Finally, the moment of truth came.

The stars signaled my release, it was done.
No more room for wild worries and fantastic fears
Just this quiet monumental rush
What blessed freedom
What joy

I faced a fear and walked away a conquerer

Not only that, but I crossed off an item on the bucket list so YEAH HAH!
Here's to more weddings in the future :)
