Word to those who are apartment hunting: Don't sign a contract blindly... you may find yourself hanging out with a few too many fruit flies and using a bathroom that has been coated with dirt since the early 1980s. Thanks for the lesson, life. Good thing I'm fond of moldy bathrooms.
