a prancing moose: Almost Married

This week was wonderful. And crazy.

I was basically proposed to.

Yes. Big step for any missionary.

We were walking down the street last week, talking to people, inviting them to hear a message, or to go to General conference... when a man stopped and began exclaiming dramatically that I was from Canada. He asked me if he could take me to lunch. He said that his eyes had never seen an angel... until now. I was thoroughly startled, and explained that in fact we were missionaries...we can not date on the mission. He didnt take that as an answer and continued to exclaim how beautiful green my eyes were. I said that he was free to visit the church, but that we had to go. He also didn't accept that as an answer and continued to ask me out... and ask me a lot of other things.... That is when Sister Moore came down with a sudden stomach flu... (#yougogirl) and we had to REALLY GO we were turning when he reached out with his two hands and said, not until I give this beautiful, a kiss.

We ran.

Like Joseph of Egypt baby.

The mission is full of suprises.

Also- this week I had to climb a wall to let Isa.. into her house. It was super late- and she had gone on splits with us. But her brother was not home, and she would have to wait in the dark street until he came back- AND we had to get home too. The only way this situation could be fixed? Climb the wall, and let her into her house.

Don't worry. It wasn't dangerous. I just felt super full of energy and felt like a super hero because it actually worked.

APRILFOOLED- took up mahms advice and we pranked the other two sisters- we made Lehi´s tent using their mattresses muahahahahahahahaa I don't know why they insisted on taking it down after to sleep in their beds.
